“I've had this couch for 5 years and I'm in the process of purchasing a new one, so I've been analyzing all the pros and cons of this couch. Pros: - The cushions have held up. They sink a little in the middle since there's only two but after 5 years it isn't too bad. - The fabric is soft and comfortable. Not luxurious, but noticeably good. - Great for laying down on. Cons: - The arms feel very cheap. Like a thin layer of fabric over 2x4s. - The back cushions are sewn in. - As someone who's 5'5", it's uncomfortable to sit upright in. I like a deep seated couch but not if you can't sink into the back cushions. They're too stiff and tall.”

“Bought Fall 2021. Fabric started to pile and cushions sag after few months. Can't flip cushions because bottom of cushions are finished with different fabric..more like a liner. Not sure why they bother putting zippers on cushions because you Can't wash the covers. My previous set lasted over 15 years and was in fantastic shape but was dated so I went shopping. It's easy to write a good review at first but furniture should stand-up after 2-3 years and this doesn't. It's just me so the set doesn't get abused. I feel like I completely wasted my money but am now stuck. Store experience was fine.”

“Bought the entire set in store (sofa, loveseat, chair), looks great, super cozy fabric. But within a couple of months the cushions are sagging where people sit the most. Also a seam one one seat cushion has unraveled and there is a growing hole. Also, the seat cushions on the bottom are not the same fabric of the whole couch/loveseat/etc and cannot be flipped over to help with wear and tear. A bit disappointed in the overall quality. Definitely not a set that will hold up for many years, let alone a year.”

“Looks great but after having more than a year it’s flaws start to show. The cushions sink in and stay flat if you sit longer than 30min. The cushions sit like a V shape now, where the ends (towards the armrests) are more firm and the middle is more flat. This is the problem with couches that have 2 cushions rather than having three, one for each seating position. Also, the attached of the back pillows can very easily rip away from the framing.”

We had to buy 2 small rug pads to put under the cushions so they would stop sliding. And after just 3 months, the cushions are starting to sag. So much to the point that when you sit or lay down, your back ends up rubbing against the wooden beam in the frame that is only covered by the thinnest piece of black fabric. We are trying to get a refund but they don't offer that after 30 days. This sofa just wears really terribly and the day grey material gets really hot in the summer.”

We have a 18month old and a Golden retriever - i was super worried about how it wipes up and cleans, but we have had muddy paws, chocolate milk, and smashed fruit snacks on the fabric - and I have washed the seat covers on low and dried on low- but what makes me even more thankful for the fabric is i use baby wipes to clean up spots in the surface and it works perfect. I have no stains on this couch considering all the things that I have had spilled and smashed on the cushions. If you are pro active with cleaning and making sure messes done sit for a while I would say this fabric is great.”

My couch was delivered July 2020 and by December 2019 the right side of my couch was already falling in/sinking. It is only my husband and I, no kids yet - so a couch not made for Average sized families. My other problem with this couch is that the back cushions are not removable so they can’t be cleaned, and the seats can’t be turned over because they’re only lines on the visible sides. Aesthetically this is a gorgeous couch and I always get compliments but it is not money well spent whatsoever.”

It is the kind of sofa that makes you fall asleep in ....it hugs you and it is warm feel. One negative aspect is that the cushions do slide out a little bit with daily use one needs to just shove it all the way back. My sofa sleeper does make some noice when you sit on it but not always. Overall it is an amazingly comfy sofa sleeper with memory foam pad.”

“I regret ever purchasing a couch from Ashley Furniture. The experience was a disaster from start to finish. First, they delivered the wrong couch. Then, when they finally sent the correct one, it already had a hole in it. I should have taken that as a sign. Now, less than a year later, this couch looks awful. The fabric is pilling, and it’s so sunken in that it looks years old—not months. It’s uncomfortable, poorly made, and absolutely not worth the money. To make matters worse, Ashley Furniture’s customer service was unhelpful throughout the entire process. I wish I could go back in time and buy a different set from a more reliable company. I will never shop at Ashley Furniture again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere!”

Sadly after a month the back board broke underneath cushions which cause cushions to sag ( filed claim and fixed ) no big deal. It then did it on purpose other couch shortly after ( filed claim on that one ) okay fine. But EVERY cushion two month in tore at the seams and was told the protection plan doesn’t cover seams but will do it “this one time “ okay great! Well the seams are ripping again nearly months after I’m so confused , not sure if it’s a manufacturing issue or we just got unlucky ? Interested to see if anyone else had this issues ? And we have several pilling where cushions meet ( no one sits there ) I wanted to love it but these issues sadly stink because we may need to buy new again two years later sadly.”

“I have had previous bad experiences ordering furniture online but this is NOT one of them! I absolutely love this couch, the comfort, color and size are perfect! It blends well with the Ashley chair and ottoman that I previously purchased and are from two different collections. I also love that the plush back is attached and stays in place perfectly. The bottom cushions stay in place well but will slide back in place easily, when they do manage to shift forward a little. Having two oversized cushions vs. the usual 3, makes it nice to curl up on without having a cushion split at your toes. The length is great for my 6' plus husband and sons, for when they want to stretch out. The arms are flat and wide, perfect to set a phone/remote. I did not realize that the pillows shown came with the couch! That was a nice bonus and they are of great quality with nice heft to them. I just had to get some covers to put over them, so they tied in with my color scheme. Highly recommend!”

It's a heavily used couch, and due to having only two cushions rather than 3, which is much prettier, it gives in a lot more. So now after almost 2 years, it's sagging. Which really sucks because it again, it's so pretty, but now it doesn't look good. I would highly recommend this if it's in a room and not sat on for hours a day. But for heavy, daily use, I wouldn't suggest it.”
