The FRAME is held up with a bungee-type cord and the seams ripped. Contacted customer service and there is nothing they can do.”

“The furniture is very well-made, very soft, holds its shape and even cleans easily. The microfiber type fabric holds up very well to our 50 pound bulldog. My favorite is also the back rest pillows, which are part of the couch, are actually fastened so you don’t have to worry about them moving. The cushions are very comfortable and sleeping on them is a dream. The depth and height of the couch and cushions is perfect for taller people but that’s OK for me because I like to lounge because my feet at 5‘4inches tall. Don’t touch the ground when sitting normal. The only thing I wish different is if there was Velcro under the cushions to keep them from sliding forward.”

“We have had this couch for two years, and the sofa has been reasonably comfortable, but it didn't take long for it to start falling apart inside. Firstly, the sides are very hollow. If you pat your hand on the sides (under the armrest), there is nothing solid under the fabric. There is just fabric there. With the sleeper mattress, a thick metal wire runs across the bottom of the sleeper and has slowly protruded further and further out. If the sleeper is out, we have to be careful not to run into that not to get cut or scratched. When the sleeper is folded in, the same wire digs into the couch cushions, so we have holes in the cushions where cotton comes out. Lastly, the back of the sofa has two "support beams" that have dislodged and are poking the fabric from the inside. Unfortunately, we trusted in the quality of Ashley, so we decided against the extended coverage. I wish I could get furniture in GA from the place I went to in California. I had my set for ten years, and it only needed cleanings. Everything else stayed together STURDILY throughout the years.”

“When I first received this couch, I had also ordered the over sized chair. It was too large for my living room. So, I sent the chair back and kept the couch. After about 7 months the couch broke. Evidently, under the cushions is a trampoline instead of springs like a regular couch. That trampoline came completely unstapled. I had gotten a 5-year warranty on it and Ashley sent out a technician to fix it after waiting a few months for them to find one in my area. The technician and I had a language barrier and when I finally received the trampoline part I called them and they sent the same technician out again. This time the technician was on a video call on his phone with a woman laying naked in a bed the whole time. He installed the trampoline and went on his way. Quite literally, an hour later it came apart when sitting on it for the first time. I am still waiting on a technician to come out and fix this. Now my couch is worse than it was in the beginning and I am seeing what it is made of. I would not buy this couch again and if I had known what I know now, I wouldn't have bought it in the first place. Please do your research when it comes to this couch. It may seem cheap, nice and comfortable. I assure you that it will be more expensive down the road as you will have to buy another one within a year or deal with their warranty team and sit on the floor for a few minutes hoping that everything will get taken care of. “I got the ash color and love the oversized chair but the couch is awful. After just 6 months the couch cushions sag horribly and it’s primarily my small children who sit on it. It’s so disappointing.”

“The sofa is very soft and the color is exactly as shown. However, the back cushions are stiff and are not removable. The bottom cushions do not stay in place. We are constantly pushing the back in. It’s very annoying.”
