“The chair creaks so bad. It is loud and for how much it is, it shouldn't make a sound, especially brand new. The box was very beaten up when it arrived. Disappointed.”

“I am never purchasing from here again. This chair was very expensive and came broken about a month ago. We are still in this horrible process of Ashley needing to send someone out to look at the broken chair. For the money we paid, just let us send it back and give us a new one. Not to mention, they are extremely unresponsive and unorganized. This is awful.”

“I love so much about this chair. It swivels, has secret cubbies, feels like it hugs you, and breaks SO FREAKING EASILY. Get the 5 yr warranty and pay for shipping so when it breaks you don’t have to argue with anyone to have chair picked up/replaced. Really disappointing how much the kick/foot stand area breaks or doesn’t bother coming with proper screws. Very cheaply made and can’t return it. My chair was bought 3.2025. Already have problem number 2 after having weeks of not being able to easily put stand down.”
