“*DO NOT PURCHASE* I will save everyone the headache that comes along with this couch. I weigh 160 pounds, we only used/sat on this couch a handful of times and the couch where the sofa bed is dropped on me twice just from me sitting on it alone. I purchased this couch in February 2025. A tech came to my home twice to fix they could not fix it so Ashley’s offered to replace it with the same item. I asked if I could kindly reselect a different couch and pay the difference because I felt unsafe and they said NO. All my other furniture from Ashley’s has been holding up well and to be a long time customer and be treated poorly is ridiculous. Never again will I ever buy another piece of furniture from them knowing how hard it is to get a reselection even after following their protocols of having technicians come to fix my item which they couldn’t do.”
