“Excellent value! We needed a small loveseat for our second bedroom so we wanted something that looked nice but was a good price. It looks and feels much more expensive than it cost. The seat pillows are a little firm but are still comfortable.”

“Less than 24 hours after delivery I contacted customer service via the chat feature online to inquire about a return because the items delivered are DEFECTIVE. The couch cushions DO NOT stat in place and move immediately upon sitting down. This piece of furniture is useless. Ashely Furniture claims there are no returns for online items delivered via doorstep delivery step delivery. No where on the item description was that made clear and as an added insult Ashley Furniture actually chooses the “most effective delivery option” for the customer at checkout. How convenient that they choose a delivery method to prevent customers from having the option of returning defective items. I requested a supervisor at the time of delivery and today when inquiring about a return and again Ashley Furniture conveniently has no supervisor available for customers. Stay far away from this company. We will be filing a formal complaint today with the BBB.”
