“I love this chair. I bought it in February to go in my living room . The gray material is holding up well and I love the size. It’s extremely comfortable. I love it so much I’m going to buy another in blue for my study.”

“The chair is great; but their delivery scheduling is horrible and their customer service wasn’t any help and lied about what happened. I have a text and email confirming date of delivery; but it changed and I was not notified. When I called and asked I was told it was always the date they have in the system. I asked why I have a text and email stating otherwise and why wasn’t I notified of the change. She then tells me the recliner wasn’t at the warehouse at the time. I know it was because the sales rep said I could have picked it up there. Total garbage!”

“USB port doesn’t work. I’ve been trying to get a warranty repair/replacement for over two weeks. I’ve called and told to text a number with photos of damage. There is no damage. The texting didn’t work (no reply). Called again and was told to go to the Ashley website and engage in an offline chat session. Chat session offered $100 gift card. I said no, then they offered a refund of $67.00 (I’m sure it was a typo.) I said no. Then I’m supposed to wait to be contacted. Never contacted. Do I recommend Ashley? At the moment no.”
