“Within a week of starting to use the product, the plate over the buttons that control the reclining fell off revealing that the plate underneath was cracked and falling apart. The material on the seat is defective. And instead of replacing it, Ashley is going to 'repair' it. Very poor quality and service.”

“We are happy with this recliner, we only wish it had the same 'pillow' feature as the Chaise portion of the series. Any improvement would be to the speed of the power recliner. It's almost comical how long it takes to sit up.”
