“It is a nice comfortable couch . It is nice material , decently large . My only complaint is the fact that the recline button covers have both broke. They are very cheap material , when my couch got delivered the right side cover broke and they told me it would be weeks to get the piece replaced (I had already waited 3 weeks to get my full sectional ) . 3 months later the other one broke as well . It is true what they say, Ashley furniture does not last long . It is cheaply made , and not worth the huge price tag they have . I’ve very upset , it hasn’t even been half a year and both my recline button covers are broken. I’ve had the couch for exactly 3 months . I regret spending this much at this store .”
