“Horrible loveseat and couch. The showroom sample was well used and seemed soft, but this couch is hard as a rock. I absolutely hate it. I contacted customer service the day o got it and was told, “tough luck.” Awful couch and awful customer service. Don’t waste your money.”

“We are disappointed with our loveseat. The cushions are too firm to be comfortable while watching tv for an hour or more. The arm rests are too hard and too short to support our arms comfortably. Finally, the head rests go up too high instead of forward to support our heads while reclined.”

“We are very happy with our new loveseat and sofa. The recliners are wonderful. With the moveable headrest the comfort cannot be beat. the storage is unbelievable. We are enjoying that the fabric is very comfortable and soft. We especially like that the seats are very firm and that you do not sink into them. I am sure anyone that is looking for a reclining sofa or loveseat will love these.”

“great, comfy, lots of storage. Only con is wish the usb port were in one of the storage areas instead of on side of loveseat. If you're short (I'm 5'2") your feet will not come close to touching the floor as the seat is high. Just lifting the footrest even slightly makes that problem disappear. Overall a solid 4.5 stars”
