Flawed furniture

“Love the looks and comfort. All modular pieces had a flaw. No reclining on recliner, side panel missi g on recliner. Therefore no place to attach to modular piece next to it. Back on chaise sits sideways with left corner sagging back. Poly fiber is scarce on top/back of all pieces. Customer service is lacking and seems communication in store and corporate office is lacking. The furniture was delivered Feb 27 and the set still sits in my living room with all the flaws and no call back as to where this is going from here.”

Not sturdy or durable

“In the first day of usage the recliner portion started to warp and gets stuck when trying to close. After two weeks the reclining portion of the chaise does not stay in the upright position. I am 6'2" and weigh 290 LBS. No where on the side or the warranty documents do I see any weight limitation on any furniture. This is the third recliner from Ashley that does not last.”

Do Not Buy - Fraudulent Inventory by Ashley

“Absolutely do not buy this sectional from Ashley. I ordered it on August 5th, and now as of September 26th the only portion delivered is the chaise with no idea when/if the other half of the couch will arrive. Absolutely fraudulent for Ashley to sell furniture they don't possess to.”
