“I am still waiting on a call that the delivery guy said his supervisor would call because the back of the chase is very loose. Kind of disappointed that the recliner is so hard. But it looks great. Just wanting that call.”

“It was delivered with a rip in the back. It already has a squeak to it. As my husband said it’s nothing but cheaply made junk. Would not spend the amount that we did on this again. Very disappointed.”

“I have been very disappointed with my recent online purchases from Ashley. I paid for white glove delivery. The delivery people unboxed and set up but did not check that all pieces were operational before leaving. Then had to have a technician come out only to tell me that the mechanism was bent/broken and a new piece needed to be ordered. Currently still waiting for the part and will still need to schedule technician to come fix it. It would’ve been quicker to have delivery people return the item and send a new one. Also still waiting for a replacement part that was broken upon delivery for a TV console I purchased at the same time.”
