“This company needs 0 stars with the lies they tell their customers
. I’ve been to several stores here in Atlanta to find this set and no one has it. So I chatted with 2 different agents to see if they could help me find who has it in store and they told me they can’t do that. The lady in one of the stores told me it’s available in their warehouse that I am not allowed to go in. All I’m wanting to do is test this out before I purchase! So now I purchase to get the Memorial Day sale price and it’s set to be delivered on the 28th of May. Just to see that the order is still processing after all this time. I called and they told me not to worry, it’ll be delivered on the 29th. The 29th comes and no delivery, I called again and they tell me it’ll be delivered on the 30th here it is the 31st and I’ve spoken to several reps that said they would call back, no one has called back. The supervisor Janet didn’t call back, the other associate I asked his call back info and he said he doesn’t have one. Today I get an email saying that I’ve been refunded and they want to recharge my charge after they lied to me and said it would be delivered today. But the paperwork now says the 2nd of June. Zerooooooo stars to this company. No one is on the same page or has the same policy, I swear they are making up stuff just to get me off of the phone. I know I’ve spoken to over 10 representatives just to get lied to again about the furniture. Now it says expected date is January 1970!”
