“Extremely poor quality. Neither of the recliners work - one won’t even push back into the chair position. This was how it was delivered to us. Ashley had to replace one already and replaced it with the same broken chair. I’ve had the couch over 10 days now and can’t even use it and Ashley hasn’t even contacted us on the replacement. There is a defect on the recliners. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME or MONEY. I’ll never buy Ashley again.”
