“If I could give no stars I would. This is the most horrible cheap piece of furniture I have ever had. I received the couch and within an hour after unpacking already wanted to return it. It is completely different than described, it is NOT corduroy material, it is cheap synthetic thin material over cheap flimsy wood pieces. The cushion that you sit on is the hardest thing u e ever sat on, my bottom actually goes numb after sitting on it for long periods of time. I called Ashley customer service to start a return, and they advised me the item was not returnable. When ordering this item you are given two options for delivery, “White Glove” or “Doorstep”. I assumed Doorstep delivery was standard as it was free and the white glove delivery costs extra. The catch is, there is no standard delivery for this item so it is not returnable. Horrible customer service and a HORRIBLE product!!! Nowhere NEAR worth $4000! DO NOT BUY!!! The quality is absolutely terrible!”

“Very disappointed. The pieces do not all connect the same nor does the chaise recline correctly. There is a space between the seat cushion and back cushion that is great than 6-8 inches. The opposite of the couch that is the recliner piece, you cannot get it to snap back into position without kicking it forcibly. I got this because my husband has a lot of health issues and we often sleep on the couch to be in a reclining position, but it is not as comfortable as what I previously had. Very disappointed with the quality......it already looks like I had it for over a year and we just purchased and had it delivered a month ago.”
