Not what it seems

“I was excited when I saw this sofa hence being good for someone with pets. However, I feel that paying over 1,000.00 it would be better out together and more comfortable. The floor model seemed better than the product I received. The sofa I have isn't even 5 months old and the armrests you feel the wood and it's very uncomfortable. The chaise part isn't durable and the back cushion above the chaise doesn't fluff back out once someone sits against it (I'm not heavy 116 lbs) and beside the chaise cushion on the front of the arm rear there's an indention and it doesn't go away. There's absolutely no padding in the arm rest like in the store floor model and back cushions go flat and stay flat it's awful and disappointing. Besides the pet proof attribute I absolutely hate this sofa and want to cry.”

“This is the 2nd review I have tried to enter. The first one was never applied. I purchased this sectional in late November 2024 & December 2024. The quality of the Fabric is rough. It is terrible quality. They sent a man who did nothing but add more stuffing in the cushions that were flattened just by sitting on putting upper against the back cushions. I should not have to unzipper these cushions. I’m 66 years old and cannot move the inside stuffing. Ashley has helped at all, also still paying for it.”

“It is not built on a platform. Only the ottoman is. I bought this specifically because of the platform construction it was supposed to have. It is a spring base that is already sagging after a couple of weeks. They sent a tech out to check it and he told me that it's a spring not platform and that he couldn't fix it. Talked to customer service after tech left and she told me that I couldn't return it”

The used furniture arrives wrapped in plastic delivered and set-up by inept third party delivery companies who do not speak english, follow instructions, or posses the ability to read maps. “The couch arrived dirty and damaged. I made several attempts to contact Ashley and it was hard to get through to anyone. Finally got a hold of someone in their Philippines call center and I explained the problems and sent them detailed pictures as well. The Ashley Rep. on the phone told me he would be able to get back to me within 24 hours and I haven’t heard anything in over a week now. Im not very happy with Ashley Furniture right now.”
