“Great sofa. Stylish, elegant look, feel of material is excellent. The cushions are firm, I don't mind that. It will keep them from sagging too soon. The seating of the sofa and loveseat appear low. However, the height matches my coffee table. So, its not bad.”

“Beautiful sofa and made with quality materials. Love that it has machine washable fabric and that there are very wide arm rest on it. However the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I feel like the cushion could be more firm and hold up better. Maybe just me and my preference but I feel like I am starting to sink into it. Besides that I cannot find anything else bad about the couch.”

Albert was extremely knowledgeable and helped us make our decision. The delivery was on time and they kept us up to date on the arrival time. The setup was quick and they removed all trash. “LOVE!! At first I was skeptical and I didn’t really want a blue couch but I have to say I love it! As a boy mom nothing that claims to be kid friendly is usually toddler boy friendly. The couch wasn’t even a week old and my 2yr old spilt pouch on it 2x. Well let me tell you it didn’t soak in at all and wiped right off without a trace. #momwin (side note it pairs well with agreeable gray paint from SW)”

“As a parent of two under two, I knew committing to a sofa of this (gorgeous) light coloring would be silly, but turns out, it cleans up like a dream. Raspberries, chocolate, baby diaper mess and other yucks really do come out beautifully with a little Dawn and a clean sponge or towel. It’s durable, comfortable, deep for big booties and really great for napping. This sofa, loveseat and chair and a half with the ottomans are a perfect fit for my little family. Note: I never write reviews, so believe me.”

“Hello, this is not exactly a complaint about the product itself, but rather the absolute hell I went through just to get this product. This company does not care about their customers, their time, nor making things right. Plus, they completely bombard their drivers with so many deliveries/assemblies that it’s impossible for them to honor their delivery schedules. And they do not inform their customers of time changes or failures to deliver the product. Their customer service department is all offshored and the people are incredibly defensive and do not care to resolve things with their customers when they mess up a delivery. They refused to transfer me to someone who could help with the delivery process (still don’t know if I’ll ever receive this product). If I were you guys, find this product and any other product through a company that doesn’t overwhelm their teams on the roads, completely bully their customers, and buy the literal same product somewhere else.”

“I gave it a two because it looks great when you buy it, a stain from a small spill cleaned up perfectly, and it's a very large couch. Beyond that, don't buy it. I've owned this couch for 7 months. It currently looks like I've had it for several years, and I live alone and am the only one who uses it. I rotate the cushions every two to three weeks thinking that will help, but they still look like an army of people have been sitting on them for years. The fabric looks loose and too large for the cushions. The cushions do not hold up to one 150lb person, I'd hate to see what a family would do to this couch with regular usage. Poor excuse for a piece of furniture. I also purchased the ottoman and that is even worse. It's top cushion is crooked and legs won't stay tight. It is used as a side piece and has only had weight on it 3 times when friends were over. Don't buy this furniture unless it's for show in an unused room.”

When I tell you how excited I am for these fabric couches especially now that my kids are older. It's an understatement.”

“I I wanted to love these sofas. I ordered them online after checking them out in the store. Not sure if the floor model was higher quality or what the difference was but these sofas are low and a struggle to get out of. The first week the cushions already have lost firmness. I would not recommend these sofas for older people or people with mobility challenges.”

“We purchased this sofa and love seat for our family room. The 2 young men had it down our steps and set up quickly, arrived on the previously arranged date and time. The furniture is actually better than I expected. The color is perfect and pretty much as pictured except it has darker flecks that you can’t really see in the picture so it’s not exactly white, but more of a very light greyish tone. It’s sturdy and the cushions are firm but yet comfortable. It’s deep so you can curl up. The fabric looks to be easily maintained by either a quick swipe or you can remove and wash in your machine! First time shopper with Ashley so hopefully can update after some use.”

“I wish I could give a proper review. But movers didn't try to fit it into my apt. freight elevator. Didn't bother slanting it on the side. Building also had stairs. There were other options. Also got the matching ottoman. I live in a studio apt. Horrible. After the experience I will be looking at another furniture store.”

“I bought 2 sofas, loved the color and style. The delivery service was horrible. Had to hire personal service to get them to me on time. I have owned 2 years now. only 2 adults in household. The covers was beautifully, in feont loaders on delicate. only washed once. The material is pretty thin, looks thicker in store model. The cushion are very poor quality. have division where you sit and they do not return to normal when you stand up. pictures below. The arms are wide and love that but, sides are sharp and will dig into your side, this the need for the pillows. I rotate and fluff cushions weekly. Helps for a minute. I fluff and rotate if I have guest because, it looks embarrassing. My old sofa is had 15 years and just wanted a change. Buyer regret, poor poor quality. Last thing is I bought the warranty. (just don't do it). I call get transferred around and the hung up on. called back same thing. I gave up. If you want furniture to last couple years with alot of care, go to Ashleys. They are great and caring taking your money but, do not deliver quality of any kind.”
