“Just like the sofa, the loveseat is beautiful, comfortable, stylish, and clean looking. It is deep seating, sits somewhat low, but depending on your coffee table and desired height, the height of the loveseat is fine”

“An excellent choice if you're seeking a comfy love seat. Easy to clean (of course one of our cats threw up on it right after we received it). We would give it 4.5 stars, only because my wife keeps stubbing her toe on the sofa's feet lol.”

Awful customer service

“We have bought a lot of furniture from Ashley since buying our first home. We had initially been very happy with our furniture and the service provided until recently. Our most recent purchase has been awful. We had been assured that in case the furniture did not fit or work in the area we planned it for exchanging would be easy and seamless. This was not the case. We ended up going to the Catonsville location and I will never again buy from Ashley due to this experience. The original sofa did not fit in the room it was intended for. We attempted to exchange and were told we would end up paying more money ( even though we were exchanging the same collection just from sofa to a loveseat). They also tried to back charge us for delivery since we had sent the furniture back for an exchange. This finally got figured out and we thought a replacement was on the way. The furniture was delivered and in the wrong color. We were told there was nothing we could do unless we wanted to send it back , pay for the delivery fees and wait another month for delivery. So as much as I want to love this furniture the entire experience has Just been a nightmare.”

“Purchased both loveseat and sofa, which is massive! Love that it’s washable. The color shows as a very light subtle grey. Love the accent pillows and how sturdy it is. This furniture is substantial. We are first time buyers with Ashley and we’re very pleasantly surprised with the quality at this price point. This design is very deep, the cushions are comfortable and firm so that you don’t sit on the bottom. Hoping to update after more use.”

Frustrated with the process , came damaged

“Honestly the couch is wonderful however it cane damaged under neath on the base and i filled out. A claim sept 17th. Still have not got a response back. Initially they had me send pictures and answer a few questions. I have emailed a few times and no response since sept 23. So frustrating”
