“The couch is amazing. It has good quality material, is sturdy and comfortable. Unfortunately the service was not great. The delivery men were very reluctant to try to bring the furniture in through the back of our house. There simply was not an opening through our front door, so when the suggestion was made, they refused to do it. Then, we discovered that as part of the move, they actually damaged our drywall, which was just recently painted from a renovation. I will be following up with the company but the service was beyond unacceptable.”
