“Very nice chair and made with good quality fabric. The chair is very big and spacious! My only complaint which probably can be said about most couches and chairs is that the cushion just doesn’t maintain its firmness. It starts out firm but after a while you start to sink into it more.”

Great, but cushions..

“I purchased several pieces from the Belvoir line. Sofa, love seat, chairs, ottoman. They r beautiful, comfortable and I love them. However the cushions definitely do not retain their height or firmness. I am wondering if I can purchase replacement cushions.”

“The chair is very sturdy and the height of the seat is very nice for getting out of the chair. The color is a Dusty blue and subtle it doesn't Shout blue! I like that. I have a lot of blue in my living room and it fits in with the other furniture but doesn't make the room Shout blue. It's very close to the ground and doesn't have room to slide things under. I had things under my other chair so I'm going to have to find new places for them. LOL”

“Love the chair (its big) but their customer service and billing dept are terrible. I got billed for two chairs when I ordered only one. Took me 9 days and 6 calls to get it straightened out. Still waiting for the credit back to show up on my card”
