Bad Seams, comfy couch

“The couch is comfortable but not well put together. The seats are nice and deep and the fabric is pretty sturdy but I’ve owned it for less than a year and there are already 2 split seams, I contacted Ashley, but they said this is not covered by warranty or the additional insurance I purchased from them. I live alone, no pets or kids and weigh less than 150lbs, so the fact that this happened so soon is astounding for the price of this couch. I wish I could give it a good review because it is comfy and fits my home so well but it’s durability is a huge downside. A few things to note also is that the pieces of the couch are not connected to each other so can easily move out of alignment. The cushions likewise are not held on in anyway and often shift out of place.”

“I love my sectional. It is beautiful, solid and the cushions are thick and firm. It is very large so you will have room for everyone (140" across the back). I fall asleep as soon as I get on it. It is a much darker teal than in the picture so if you have a dark room, or small room be aware that it can make a room look darker or smaller. I changed the covers on the some of the pillows to a lighter teal and added some cream colored pillows to match my drapes and since my walls are white it works for me.”
