“I ordered online the color configuration and color turned out to be wrong per the pictures as this is a chaise, and we needed the back on the wall . Additionally there was damage to a part. I called right away they refused to exchange or return even though there is a 30 day return policy online. I called three or four times no assistance or help was provided.
I will never buy anything from this place again. It’s overpriced and the worst customer service . They don’t even stand by their products.”

“This teal chaise is beautiful, true to the pics online. The cushion is very comfortable and the upholstery fabric is delightfully soft. My only frustration with this piece is the cushion slides out askew and has to be pushed back in regularly. I wish the manufacturer had given it a zipper or velcro strips to keep it in place. Otherwise, overall very happy with the purchase!”
