“Very pleased with the purchase , I find nowadays most sectionals and sofas are not very comfortable , I find this sectional to be very comfortable and I love the texture of the fabric, I purchased the color "Spice",it looks much better in the house compared to the showroom.”

I switched my arm on my chase to make it more versatile. In one picture it separated into 3 pieces! Planning to go back and order the ottoman!”

Do not buy this couch

“I would rate this couch zero if I could. This was my husband and I’s first big furniture purchase and we feel like we were robbed. We are so sad that we spent SO much money on a couch that didn’t even make it a year before the cushion covers ripped (see photos). Actually didn’t even make it half a year before the cushions ripped. There were no factors outside of this just being a poorly made couch. To make matters worse we paid extra for the Furniture Protection Plan they sell you ($299!!!). “Five years of protection from common household damage”. I went to submit a claim to replace the cushion cover, it was denied. Apparently in the fine print it says they will not doing anything about “seam separation” (see photo) In order to replace the cushion cover you need to pay for the next tier. I am sad, disappointed, and embarrassed that I paid so much for this couch. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH.”

“I bought this sofa for about 3500 (including taxes and furniture protection AND delivery). For something so expensive, I was expecting much better quality. I’ve had it for two months and the cushions keep slipping out, requiring constant adjustment. The cushion seats are also sinking in, so it’s no longer even when you sit down, making it annoying and uncomfortable. For only two months of use (I’m only one person), this was such a huge waste of money.”
