Highly Disappointing but Attractive Sectional

“Poor craftsmanship. Threads hanging from seems since day one. Foam exposed along the seems as the fabric does not come to a clean closure. Zipper breaks without reason. The two of the feet randomly will come loose, bolts drop to the ground, allowing the feet to slide from under the couch. The cushions constantly slide away from the couch, requiring frequent adjustment. It is an attractive couch, though. Overall we are highly disappointed unfortunately.”
