“Comes apart at the seams!! We had our couches for two months and called for repair. They said the holes were rips from our pets - our pets that have not damaged our other furniture. I disagreed but felt I had no recourse. I called an upholstery repair company and they came out - I paid them to repair all of the SEAMS!!! The professionals agreed it was all seams.”
