“This is a first initial review. We’ve had this sectional for less than a week. So keep that in mind when reading my review. We’ve been looking for a new sectional for year and haven’t found anything for the size we needed, the price and the comfortability. I was very hesitant buying a newish couch with no reviews but over all we like this couch. We spent about 2600 and some change, so we got what we paid for.
PROS:
-It’s a perfect size. Wide and deep enough seats for coziness, but not too deep where it’s an uncomfortable sitting position when feet are on the floor. A lot of modular sectionals sit low to the floor and have little to no back support but this one doesn’t, it has a good floor height with the bottom cushions, and just enough back height support for normal sized people.
-For my family of 5, 6 seats are perfect, and with an added ottoman to push up we can all snuggle up on the same couch together for movie nights.
-Such a great color of blue. I think the inky, navy, denim blue will go with many different color schemes.
-The structural inner frame seem pretty sturdy thus far.
-The individual modular pieces don’t push apart when sitting on more than 1 seat at a time. Each pieces is fairly heavy and it takes some muscle to move them together and
apart.
-The backseat cushion pillows do not fall down easy. They have decent filling and have tension against the other side pillows and don’t fall down when you bump the couch or sit down somewhere.
-Initially online this couch was on back order and we weren’t going to get it for 8-14 weeks! But the day after I put in the order online (February 26th) they called saying my order was in and scheduled delivery for March 11th. I live in a rural area so they don’t make many deliveries my way. We were willing to wait the 14 weeks but it was really awesome to only have to wait 2!
-The communication through email, phone call, and text was pretty good. Even after phone calls I’d get confirmation emails and even text updates during delivery so I didn’t have to wait around at home all day wondering when they’d bring the couch by.
CONS:
(Maybe not cons, but things to consider)
-this fabric feels a lot like denim. Straight up, like a pair of jeans. With that being said hair clings to this fabric pretty heavily so if you have pets I recommend a Chom Chom pet hair roller(Amazon for $30).
-the seat cushions are fairly firm. Not to the point of hurting joints or butts but definitely on the firm side. I’m hoping this means this means they’ll stand 3 kids and a few years of wear and tear before going flat.”
