Got the run around for the 1 year warranty

“Contacted customer for a warranty claim and got the run around. They gave me a number to text 608-888-9078 and say Hello and I never received a text back. Got back on chat and they said they’ll send me an email for the claim, waited and never received an email.
As for the Modmax sectional, the cushion on the chaise caved in after about 2 weeks of use.”
