“I wish I was giving this a 5 star review but I can't due to the fact that Ashley's "No Hassle Delivery + Assembly" being a huge hassle. I was supposed to receive the couch and when I called in the automated system stated it would be delivered between 9am-1pm, at 1:30pm I decided to call the number in the order form to see what was going on. They tried telling me they attempted to deliver at 10:23am, saying they called me and I didn't answer. When I told the agent that I had no calls at that time he read back a number that was not mine. I confirmed on the order details that my phone number was listed correctly but somehow they messed it up. Due to living in a high rise I need to reserve the loading dock and elevator to have it delivered I needed to confirm when it would be, they couldn't give me any firm answers. While it is yet to be seen how the couch is I don't know how anyone can call this "No hassle" so buyer beware.”

Comfortable Couch

“I was debating on a few different couches. It came down to the Maimz and this one. I didn't think the Maiz was the "comfy" couch that you would just plop down on everyday.
I ordered it in-store and it arrived within 5 days. The salesperson was pretty pushy on the extended warranty, but I don't have kids or pets so I kept declining. The couch was probably $350 over my budget, but I paid it off in two payments.
Delivery was relatively simple. They called twice to verify the date and time. Their deliverymen were efficient with unboxing/set up. We noticed a stain and they got a technician from Ashley scheduled within 4 days to spot clean it. That guy was very friendly and allowed me to take a picture of what solution he used.
Since I've purchased it:
The color really depends on what your lighting looks like. I wanted the cream/lighter color for the neutral appearance although I considered the rust colored sofa. It does collect my hair (female), but I can use a lint roller to pick it up/keep the couch neat. I haven't found add'l throw pillows that I like (yet) but the two pillows that it came with are nice.
I was worried about the edges of the sofa wrinkling. It's pretty easy to fluff up and I try to sit on the different sections to not overly wear the sofa. The chaise was the part I was most excited about, but it feels like it could sink pretty quickly if I keep using it. I don't want a divot, so I might sit on the chaise once or twice every two weeks. I heard a weird creak in the first week of owning it, so I'm probably paranoid.
If I could do the purchase again, I wouldn't get a three-seater. I don't really need the third section and my apartment is too small to set it up anywhere else as an accent chair. The pieces feel sturdy when you try to clean around it. Definitely would encourage you to try it in-store and make your purchase online to avoid any unnecessary "bargaining" with a salesperson. Expect a fairly quick and efficient delivery.”
