“I spent a year trying to find the perfect couch. This couch is awesome, I did doorstep delivery and was able to move each piece inside and set it up by myself in less than 20 minutes. It’s a great size and color. Fabric is nice and the couch is firm but soft at the same time. I love that it’s a platform base so it seems it’ll really help with sagging over the years. Couch feels solid and extremely well made.”

Product came disappointing

“I bought this sectional in the color Oyster in store and got a great price. The material is really nice. However, the product I received is disappointing. I purchase the couch and also their protection plan and I chose the white glove delivery service. The couch came in three separate pieces. One piece is taller than the other two, and it is obvious. The two corners of that piece also came dirty. I reached out to the customer service immediately and sent them all the photos. Two days later I was reached out by email at the end of day to request the photos again. After submitting the photos, they responded to me the next day saying they will send out a professional tech to bring the couch back to manufacturer standards. The earliest date a technician can come to my place is 3.5 weeks from the date I responded to the email. I understand it’s holidays coming up still wish the issues could be resolved sooner, especially with me already paying a lot for the protection plan. This is my very first time buying something from Ashley, not sure if I want to recommend to anyone else. I wanted to give 2 stars but giving 3 because I got a good price for the couch and the fabric is nice.”
