“Went to Ashley’s, Gainesville, Fl looking for 2 couches/sectional pieces. I had specific things I was looking for with the couches. I bought two came home and realized the color just wasn’t going to work so I went back for a refund. Kaitlyn H. was so incredibly helpful. She suggested holding off on the refund to see what she could maybe find that would work. She didn’t just bend over to help, she did backflips. Ultimately, I did get my refund but she was very helpful and worked so hard to find just the right couch. Ashley’s has a wonderful employee.
