Defective Ottoman x 3!

“My ottoman was defective and they have tried to deliver three and every single one was defective. The last one was opened at the warehouse and the manager ok’d the piece. It has a big stain on it. They said they would send out another, but it’s been days and I haven’t heard from them. We are so incredibly disappointed with Ashley.”
