Love for my apartment

“Given the price, I will give this 5 stars. I ordered this couch in the oyster color. I already had to machine wash a cushion cover due to my dog and it washed perfectly. The comfort level is decent but could be better - maybe that will come with time once we break it in more. The depth also isn't as deep as I would like it to be. But again, given the price and my use for it in my apartment, I would recommend and purchase it again.”

Bad operation

“Ordered couch from Ashley and delivery arrived at my house. The people delivering it didn't speak English but were able to communicate to me that the couch wouldn't fit in my desired room through the door. So they left with the couch and I received a call from Ashley about 15 min later and they said one option was to cancel the order and I asked how much will I be refunded? They said they couldn't see that information. I said okay refund me please. A few days later I got an email saying I was still being charged for the delivery fee. I called customer service and they said there is nothing we can do. So they are charging $107 for a couch I never got delivered. I would shop elsewhere if at all possible. I will never spend money with them again.”

“I was looking for a temporary solution since I live in an older home that is hard to get large couches in and this fit the bill.
It's alright for the price, the workmanship is pretty bad and it will likely fall apart in 5 years, but that's Ashley furniture and I knew what I was getting myself into... a temporary couch for a temporary solution.”
