Excellent couch and worth the investment

“I always look for real people reviews when making expensive purchases and here is an honest one - We purchased this couch back in January 2025 (pic is from the day it was delivered) and it's been a god send. We live in a third floor apartment and it was delivered with minimal issue post a big snow storm. One of the pieces upon unwrapping did have a manufacturer defect but it got fixed in a timely manner. I will say that I wish the outside structure of the couch (like the backs and outsides of the arms) were a little more sound, but as long as you're conscious of it while moving the pieces around it won't be an issue. To preface, we purchased the Oyster off white color and are a family of 6 with 5 pets - 3 cats and 2 dogs. (Bold, I know - but if we can do it, you can too.) It has held up immensely. I've washed the covers multiple times without issue and they look brand new right afterwards. We have both a toddler and a mechanic in our house (grease, dirt, all the things) and have cleaned just about everything with just a baby wipe or two. Even spaghetti sauce and chocolate. No stains. It's held up to golden retriever zoomies and cat claws. It also does. not. move. We have the feet part on the wood floor and part on the rug (even changed the rug to a shaggier one since the photo was taken) and it doesn't budge. Very easy to physically move, but they won't go anywhere with crazy kiddos and pets. Excellent investment and can definitely tell it will be a long term couch.”

Not cat safe

“I was really excited when I found this couch. not only was it in the color that I wanted, but the dimensions were good, and it was advertised as pet safe. Unfortunately, within an hour of setting it up, it proved itself to not be pet safe. It took only a couple passes with my cat claws to pull up thread in the arm. Hopefully it’s better long-term, but pretty disappointed.”
