“One of my two chairs arrived broken and I can’t get a response for someone to come out for the “warranty”. It arrived broken. It should have just been replaced promptly. I shouldn’t have a repaired brand new chair.”

“We saw the chair and knew immediately that we wanted two. However, when delivered they had SEVERAL dirty spots. We spent 1/2 the day spot cleaning them. Very unfortunate experience but thankful for their washable fabric. We do love the chairs. They fit perfectly in front of our king bed for watching TV or my favorite past time - reading.”

“This chair is awful. I was really excited to get it. It was comfortable in the showroom and easy to operate. The chair that was delivered to us is not as comfortable, and the footrest is very, very difficult to close. My FIL pushed as hard as he could to close it. It seemed like it was closed, but when he stood up, it opened and almost knocked him over. My 16-year-old athletic son has to use a lot of force to close the footrest. I have to push very hard and kick it to close. When I called about getting it fixed, they offered an exchange of equal value or greater, plus another $249 delivery fee, plus 20% of the cost of this chair. So it would cost me another $450+ to replace it. VERY disappointing. DO NOT get this chair for anyone older, or if you do not have a lot of leg strength to close the footrest.”
