“Poor customer service purchased a TV stand previously that was damaged . I called customer service and they could never resolve my issue , they said they never received pictures from this item. Poor customer service they never resolved the issue and this is the last email I received from Ashley . Upon reviewing your query, it has come to our attention that our services are currently limited to the Malaysia region. Regrettably, we do not have access to support customers outside of this area. However, your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. To ensure that you receive the appropriate assistance, we recommend reaching out to the relevant channels for your region. I have included a link to our website where you can select your country or region and connect with the appropriate support team: Thia product was purchased online in the US . So this is the resolution Ashley gave me . That my product is as purchased in Malaysia. I will not be doing business with Ashley .”

“Yes this was cheap and looks decent. However, the loveseat was put together incorrectly so the delivery guy suggested I not accept it. Also the sofa was DAMAGED but he filed a report to have a technician come out and repair it. Weeks later and after calls on my part, I’ve heard absolutely nothing. ASHLEY SUCKS AND SO DOES THIS SOFA AND LOVESEAT.”
