“I love the look of the new furniture. I hate it currently because the delivery guys screwed it up setting up. Ashley has done very little at this point to make it right. A tech is supposed to come out Friday to fix it. I am hopeful they can fix it. Ashley support said they would compensate us for the inconvenience and that I would get an email in 72 hours. It’s past that and no email. Confidence in Ashley is dropping fast.”

“Over all love it its comfortable relaxing i can say that the added battery packs do not last 6 months before needing charged again even with a full 24 hour charge on them. So we get constant beeps on are couches and the battery has to be reset.”
