“The couch seems to be very well constructed but time will tell. I agree with some of the other reviews that it is a bit stiff. I like it that way and hopefully it won't soften too much and sag. If that happens I'll revisit this review and drop the star rating. The seats are not as deep as the last couch I had - meaning the seats don't support my whole upper leg. It's a little weird but perhaps just takes getting used to. Other than that, this couch is very comfortable and does everything it says it'll do. Just a word to the wise - although the delivery guys were kind, respectful and thorough, the service is ONLY offered 2 times a month. So if you have a tight schedule you'll most likely end up having to schedule delivery 3 months out like I did. I would've given this review 5 stars otherwise.”

The perfect couch with lots of extras

“I love this sofa it has so much storage area. And the reading lights are amazing. The power recliners help my elderly father get in and out if the chair so easily. He told me it was the best thing I ever bought. The headrest doesn't fit me just right because I'm only 4' 11" tall but it's ok if I scoot as far back into the seat as possible. The leather is a little stiff being brand new, I hope it softens up with time. Overall though a great couch. The contact wireless charger is a dream come true.”

“The sofas are very comfortable and spacious. My husband loves the power headrests. I love having the cup holders on the arm because you don’t have to put the middle console down which allows you to sit closer. The sofas were easy to assemble and seem to be well made.”
