Color "Umber" is not a shade of brown as represented in the Customer Q&A section

“While this sectional is supportive and comfortable, it is not anywhere near the color represented in the stock photos. If you are looking for a beige shade, this is not it, even though the color "Umber", by definition, falls into a category of browns.
Unfortunately, the two Ashley stores we visited before purchasing this sectional did not have a display on the floor to view, and we made the mistake of trusting the website information and ordered it anyway.
Ashley Customer service refuses to acknowledge their website misrepresented their product and will not make it right, leaving us out a good chunk of money on a sectional that looks terrible in our home. If you don't want silver/gray, don't make the same mistake that we did!”

“Love this little sectional. We purchased the ottoman with storage as well. Have owned it for nearly one year and zero signs of wear or tear, and I have a 7 year old boy and teen daughter who are always the reason we cant have nice things 😉 still seems durable, comfortable enough to fall asleep on. The fabric color is versatile. It goes perfectly with our oatmeal paint color and dark walnut wood trim but I can also imagine it with cool tone grey or white. Highly recommend and would purchase again”

Faulty Cushions After Less Than 3 Months!

“Do NOT buy this sectional! We've had it less than 3 months and one cushion is much softer than the others - you can see wrinkles in the material, where all the other cushions have tight cushions, proving the cushion is defective. We contacted Ashley and they asked for a picture. Though the picture shows loose material, it is impossible to tell how soft the cushion is without sitting on it. After sending them the picture, they responded that "after a thorough assessment" by their "technical" team, they've made the decision there is no defect and it is the result of normal wear and tear. After less than 3 months!”
