“It’s a really nice couch. The fabric is soft and the gray is neutral where it fits in our existing decor. I do wish it was just a bit more plush in the seat and on the foot rest. If you would like a reasonably priced small reclining sofa with both reclining foot and head rests, this is a good choice.”

Awesome Experience- See Stevie

“The Ashley Waterford Lakes Store is awesome! From the minute we stepped into the store we were greeted and helped by friendly informative people. Specifically, Stevie. She was excellent. Knowledgeable about products and listened to what we needed and wanted. We bought the Biscoe couch and recliner and a recliner that rocked and swiveled from another set.
Stevie was wonderful, I would encourage you to ask for her because she is awesome and will help you get your shopping done!
Delivery was fast and efficient as well. The team of three men came and set up the pieces and were in and out in a matter of 10 minutes.”

“From the moment myself and my husband entered the store the sales clerk greeted us and was so friendly. She then proceeded to point out some great options in reclining sofas and showed us which ones had the performance fabric. We were looking for something that was comfortable, contemporary, with performance fabric. We have two small dogs and a kitten and with them comes big messes and performance fabric was an no brainer.We ultimately bought the Biscoe sofa and recliner. There is also a recliner on either side of the sofa. We were called in advance of delivery to Sheridan and the delivery drivers were also friendly and courteous. We have only had this set for a day, but I can tell already that we will love this set for years. We would buy from Ashley’s again in a heartbeat”

“I wonder why they made the back of the sofa so high above the floor? The fabric is shirted at the bottom and velcroed to the sofa. But, it's 4 inches above the floor, leaving the metal frame, wires and motors exposed for all to see from behind. That wouldn't be a problem if it's against a wall, but since it extends back another foot when reclined, you can't really put it against a wall. BTW, seeing the metal frame instead of nice wooden feet is not a good look. I wish I had looked more closely before buying. It's very cheap looking from the rear.”

“Do not waste your money. We have had this couch for 7 months. Specifically bought it for the "dual fabric". It failed miserably. We are not rough on our things so for the fabric to rip from everyday sitting is disappointing. I do not recommend.”

“Like the firmness but do not like the fact that you can not put up the feet and headrest separately.
When you put up the feet about halfway the headrest begins to move also. Also the headrest does not come up enough. If you put your feet up and the back down, even with moving the headrest you are looking at the ceiling.”

“I like the style and power recliner, but it’s very firm and narrow. Hoping it softens up over time, but is not comfortable at all right now. Also, the power switch came broken, was repaired, and now the repaired button is sticking. Oh, and found out there is 0 returns allowed if the couch is delivered via white glove or doorstep delivery…which were my only options. Not super happy with my purchase.”

We selected this couch when it was on sale (half of the list price). We either wanted a couch with ottoman or a reclining and since this was cheaper on sale we bought this. I had some hesitation because ive never owned a power recliner but we love it! The headrest is power adjustable too. The fabric is nice and easy to clean. I bought this through slumberland and had easy and quick delivery.”

“It looks great, I love that the seats are firm for my backache and two seats are reclined for my feet and leg ache and all family members can fit on it comfortably. The only bad thing was the recliner power button cover came off on the day we received the sofa, for such a good quality sofa and quite pricey that shouldn't happen. Right now I'm still waiting from the claim department about what to do to fix this issue.”
