Damaged wall and baseboard

“We had very nice drivers and we love the couch. However, the guys delivering ruined our baseboard and wall moving the couch upstairs. No only did they damage our property, but they brought up three pieces and the couch only had two pieces causing further damage when they had to bring the extra piece back down. We want to talk to a representative about how to get a refund for our damage.”
