“We went in looking for this couch which was online as a sleeper sofa. The sales person talked up and down to us about it as a sleeper sofa. Even helped convince us to get the higher protection plan for several reasons but one being…it’s a sleeper sofa. The couch is delivered and a few days later when trying to use the sleeper….. it is not a sleeper sofa. We went back to the store that weekend, 2 weeks ago and the gentleman that helped us was very nice and told us to expect an email that we’d have to reply back with pictures of the couch. I did that within the following 2 days. After a week with no response I relied to the email again asking for an update and now a week later, still have received no response. We have bought our last 2 couches from Ashley and this experience is highly disappointing and lets me know I should not purchase from Ashley furniture ever again!”
