“Great looking sturdy soft couch, however it's a little hard to sit in, not bad but you don't sink into it, but it's a sleeper sofa so I wouldn't expect to, I have not slept in it, but son in law and daughter laid in it and it's the typical mattress not thick, but will do, I would definitely add something for comfort, all in all it it a beautiful couch”

“The only problem was, it would not fit in the hall to the bedroom! We made sure it wouldn’t be too big for the room before purchasing. Had to take out the entire window & frame & put the sofa through the opening to get it in the room! Then, reinstalled the window, caulked & plastered everything back together! Whew! We’ll have to include it in the sale of the house! LOL!”

“Bought it Aug. 2023, prior to the one year we used the softa bed and it was uneven the head part was lower than my feet; as though I was in a Dentist chair.Cushions are horrible each time we sat on them they sank and lost shape! I called CS and they were arguing w/me that it wasnt under warranty-which it wasnt. I sent pics and videos including the back cushions all sag when you sitting making it feel like theres a pillow in the middle of your back! We are in March of 2025, the sofa frame arrived a month ago and someone is here to replace it. They werent going to move it from garage to my sunroom. Now I have to figure out how to dispose of the broken sofa bed frame!!! They sent me 2 foam pillows to insert in the existing seat cushions. If i want the back ones fixed I have to pay $150.00. Im so disgusted w/these people.”

“The sofa is nice and the mattress is somewhat comfy, but not sure if it was worth the sale price. The Ashley showroom we went to only had the dark gray color and the salesman showed us a sectional that was the other color option, which we liked and chose because of the color. It was golden color. When it arrived, it was a light gray. We had to accept it because we had company that was arriving and needed to use the sofa bed. I probably wouldn't be too bothered if the pricing was in the$500-$600 range, but I think $800 (sale) is too much.”

“Less than 2 weeks after we bought it we used it as a bed. Now it won’t fold back in and Ashley has been anything but helpful in resolving the issue. The fabric is barely attached underneath and I do not see this holding up long at all. This is my biggest purchase regret ever!!!! … and I’ve made some dumb ones in the past.”
