Most couches you see for this price online come in pieces and you have to assemble them which sounds like a nightmare. My only warning is if you have a not-so-wide driveway, they deliver it in a very large moving truck which wiped out a few of our lavender plants along our driveway. Other than that, everything was great (service, timely delivery, etc.).”

“Have had this for 2 years and the fabric pilled up after just 6 months. Seat cushions slide forward and also roll down making the piping on the cushions sag down the front of the cushions. Flipping the filling over only helps for about a week. After about a year and a half there are 1 or 2 small holes forming. I think is from the large dog we've lived with the last year or so getting up or down the sofa. Would not recommend this couch if you have a large dogs or plan to use this as an everyday couch. If fabric pilling up within the first year doesn't bother you then you'll be happy with this couch. It is very comfy but the fabric is not very good for everyday wear and tear. We are not rough with furniture and this couch already feels like it's half way through it's life. Get the protection plan for this as I fear this couch is gonna be junk by year 5.”

“Overall it’s cozy. The back cushions are really comfortable to lean on. I purchased this couch specifically because the cushions were more firm than other couches—I prefer a bit of Support rather than falling into my couch—however the bottom cushions are already losing their firmness after a month. I don’t expect this couch to last in high quality for a long time, but it does the trick for now. I suspect I will purchase a new couch in 2-3 years. I’m still pleased. There wasn’t much of a chemical/factory smell to it, thankfully—I’m really sensitive to smells, so it was ok after a few days. The armrests are square and are great for placing drinks or books without spilling/sliding.”

“NOT FOR A PET HOUSEHOLD. If you have pets this tears up even if they are inactive. Or even if you have zippers on your clothes this gets caught on your clothes. They do have a warranty with it, but it’s such a hassle with several “technican” visits and everything and not worth the headache. Save yourself and don’t get this couch. Ours didn’t even last a year! The frame also is very weak as the back board of one side broke; we are not hard on our stuff. The pilling on everything is also horrible’”
