“The sofa is fine but dealing with Ashley was an absolute nightmare. Could not get thru on the phone, they delivered one half of the sectional with no confirmation of when the second half would arrive. They promised not to charge me till the order was complete but charged me anyway. I would not buy from Ashley again.”

“Due to the previous reviews I wanted to wait before I left a review so I could leave a thorough review addressing all the negatives that have been said about this couch. This has honestly been the best couch I have bought so far. I have had it for a couple a month. To address the fabric issue mentioned before in other reviews this has not happened to us at all, like not even a little I have been looking for the “piling, bunching or balling up” and it hasn’t happened (knock on wood). I will say it’s in a part of the house that we DO use a lot but normally we are in PJs or sweat pants I’m not sure if that might have something to do with it but the couch still looks brand new. I did have the pillow issue where they kept popping out but I kind of fixed that issue by adding those stick on zippers to the bottom on the pillows so now they don’t move or come out. I had that issue before with a previous couch and that’s how I fixed it. Also this couch is insanely comfortable so if you are even just a tad bit tired YOU WILL FALL ASLEEP, set a timer if you don’t have time for a nap lol. The accent pillows that came with the couch are amazing, a lot bigger than I expected also great quality. The only complaint I think I have is that the pillows have sunk in a little already but we are a family of 3 with a 4 year old that loves to jump on it when we aren’t looking so that is expected in my opinion. I try to “fluff” up the pillows from time to time so it’s not that noticeable.
A HUGE PRO: This couch has no “death cracks” as we call it in my house, you know those cracks or areas in a couch where if your phone/wallet/keys fall down there it’s a pain to get and you have to like almost take the whole thing apart to get to it or squeeze and turn your hand ways is not suppose to go to get to it lol Yea none of those if it something falls into a crack it’s there under a pillow or at worst on the floor.
This my second couch I have bought at Ashley’s and the one I had previously I think was called “Darcy” or something like that and it lasted us about 4 years. I have been impressed with the quality of their stuff compared to any other furniture stores I have got other stuff at (Like rooms to go).Downside is the delivery with Ashley always takes a while. It took them a month to get it delivered (even paying for the most expensive delivery) this time but when they do deliver the guys are always super nice, quick and efficient. Took them no longer than 15 minutes to bring everything in and set it up this time around. If you are looking for an affordable couch is super comfortable big enough for a family this might be the one for you. 😊”

“I like how firm the cushions are. The fabric is soft and looks like it will hold up well. Two things I don’t like are that the seat cushions on couch are not on both sides so you can’t flip the cushions periodically for more even wear. Also I worry that the back cushions will tear from where they are attached to the back of the couch. I wish they were not attached. We bought this couch/chaise and matching oversized ottoman for our new house. The ottoman arrived before the couch and I was so disappointed in how saggy the cushion is. It leaves indents anytime you put your feet up. It just looks worn out right out of the box. So when the couch arrived, I was pleased it is more firm and cushions do not seem saggy at all.”

At this price-Point, it’s quite an awesome deal considering how big it is, it’s comfort, and it’s beauty. The fabric is light enough to look light, but varied enough to hide dirt. It doesn’t attract pet fur either, which is nice. We are thinking of getting another one for the basement game room.”

“I wish I could say it's comfortable...but it feels like the cushions are foam inserts and not comfortable for the length of watching a 2 hour movie. Also my son (6'4" 250lbs) sat on chase lounge playing video games for a couple hours and the indent was noticeable. I would say if he did this for a few days or week straight, understandable. But not in 1 day. The cushions are not the same material on the backside - there is black panel with zipper - so I'm not able to flip them. :/
Also - the legs are plastic triangles. While it works, it's pretty cheaply made.”

“I was pleased with the look of the sofa/chaise combo. However, the chaise part is either defective or made poorly. The corner seat portion has no reinforcement (the elastic bands the hold it to the frame) under it as the rest of the sofa has. Therefore that part sags pretty badly and will not hold up for long.”
