“I ordered the ottoman in Alloy on a Saturday, and received one in Slate a week later. I immediately called Ashley, and got wonderful service from Steve. He found the mistake easily, and had me text him a photo. He corrected the mistake, had Fed Ex pick up within 3 days, and I had my Alloy ottoman the very next day. He apologized for the mistake, and was very pleasant to work with. My review is more about service than the furniture, because I haven't had it very long. It is beautiful, and comfortable.”

“The Altari sofa and ottoman are a good quality. The only thing keeping me from reading at five star was the legs on the Ottoman were too high so I purchased 1 inch legs and use them instead. I would recommend buying this set.”

“I never received this item. When I tracked the package fed ex told me the shipper requested it back to the shipper after it had almost reached me. No one seemed to know why this happened or at least isn’t willing to share. Then Ashley live chat says they will reship another one to me but I haven’t received a new tracking number or anything.”

“I didn’t originally buy this ottoman when I purchased the altari couch but after a few weeks it became apparent that this was needed. I am very happy with this ottoman it is very comfy, it’s nice and soft, the cushioning is wonderful and it offers great support”
