“This ottoman compliments the couch very nicely. My only complaint is that it's gotten a bit creaky and sinks down a bit in the middle after only a few months.
In my opinion, for an ottoman to be this large, I expect to be able to use this as a chair as well as a leg rest. In my current configuration, the couch is nestled behind a coffee table and the ottoman is off to the side to make an L shape. So the ottoman is definitely an easily accessible, high traffic area and needs to be sturdier.
Other than that - it's a solid purchase for the price.”

“The color does not match the corresponding color sofa. The ottoman is a bit more light, also the brushed fabric seems to have been cut too short. Perhaps that’s why the color doesn’t match because on the couch because when I brush my hand one way on the couch the color looks a bit darker and when I brush the opposite way the color gets lighter. This does happen with the ottoman because the fuzz is too short. Also this ottoman isn’t squishy like the couch. It’s more hard and has a been bag feel to it instead of foam. Atleast the height is correct”

“It feels like it’s filled with styrofoam - it’s noisy when you put your feet up on it or sit in it - the cushions aren’t soft the way the couch cushions are. Feels very very cheap. Also, the fabric is similar, but not even exactly the same as the sofa! The fabric is different enough to notice. So it feels like it doesn’t even really “go” with the rest of the sectional. A lot of money to spend (on an ottoman that doesn’t even provide storage either) to have our sofa set up look like an after thought. Disappointed.”

“Right out of the box, it’s saggy and looks like it’s been sat on for a year. The matching couch is much firmer so it seems it’s just an issue with our ottoman. The fabric is nice and soft, color is great. I just wish the foam was firmer and indents were not left anytime someone puts their feet up.”

“This has been a train wreck! This was to ship with my couch on June 4. After 2 calls with your customer service they are coming back to pick up. This reason I wanted delivered later is that I am moving to Georgia and currently live I. Illinois. There is no way for me ti get down there and find somewhere to store this. My apartment complex will only hold this to Monday, your customer service said fed ex would be Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. They have to set my furniture outside to be picked up. What if it rains or someone steels it. I am so upset that this happened the ONLY other time I will order from you is to reorder the ottoman once I get there. I am truly unhappy with how the first person handled the call. The second did help me make arrangements, but truthfully I do not know why the furniture had to be outside. I am hopeful that I will get this picked up and credited off my card for now. I ordered both pieces at the same time assuming they were both set up by me to be delivered”
