“This is NOT a queen bed. It is in width but the mattress length is only 68 inches vs a queen at 80. Not even a twin 75 inch length. So good for children or if you are 5'8" or under, but calling this a queen is misleading. I see someone saying 72 but they must be measuring cushion to end and not the mattress itself. Firm couch with armrests that may be a little too hard. I would really like it if it wasn't falsely advertised and would actually fit our guests.”

“This sofa sleeper is really nice looking but the back cushions slouch really weird, they appear overstuffed and have no real form. It’s not deep enough, so if you want to take a nap it’s not wide enough. The arm rests are not cushy at all, It’s like resting your arm on a wood box and it gets pretty uncomfortable. Lastly, the seat cushions keep sliding forward and you have to push them back constantly. It will do for the price paid but not a long term option.”

“Firm but not overly firm. It's like a comfortable, supportive, squishy firm. And I am in LOVE with the steely dark gray fabric. It's so soft and luxurious against the skin + it doesn't collect and radiate heat from the cushions as you're sitting there starting to roast from the collecting body heat. It's also the perfect size for 2 adults or 3 children. We bought a new couch with the intention of keeping it for several years and I can already tell this couch will definitely hold up to the test of time. We haven't used the queen sleeper inside but I'm sure our guests and my older kid, when he visits, will enough it quite a bit and get a good night's rest while here. “Even with a cat and regular usage (I’m a college student who uses the sleeper part), I’m super pleased with how long this sleeper has lasted. I purchased this couch three years ago and it’s still in very good condition. Definitely worth the money if you’re looking for space saving solutions. The mattress is a little on the thinner side but nothing a thick blanket can’t fix. The back cushions do flatten over time but never to the point that a quick fluff couldn’t fix. I’m selling this couch now as I can afford something a little better, but I’m confident this sleeper will provide plenty of comfort and memories to the next people who get this couch secondhand. “Love my new couch. I is firm and comfortable. The sleeper was good too. I had put a memory foam pad on top for additional comfort. Did not feel any bars or or movement. Well built. My only reason for not giving a 5 star is because the couch cushions are not reversible. They are interchangeable but I want to be able to flip them over as well. They sell replacement cushions of course, but I think having them made to be reversible to start with would be an added benefit for customer and possibly even cheaper on mfg.”

To be fair, we haven’t tried the sleeper part except for laying down on it for 5 minutes or so, but it didn’t feel like a super comfortable bed for those 5 minutes. It’s also kind of short. I’m 5’9” and my feet were at the very edge. But if you have someone staying the night (or 2 people, it’s wide enough) that isn’t tall, then it should be fine. We wanted the sleeper option but will use it as a sofa usually and it’s been great so far.”

“This is a great smaller sofa! I wanted one long enough that I could lay out on all the way (I am 5'5") but did not have a ton of room for a huge sofa in my apartment. The width on the sofa is great too. I was worried because the website says the seat depth is only 20" but it is definitely wider than that. The back cushions are nice and squishy so it is easy to snuggle into a comfortable position. I have not napped on it yet, but unlike the tiny sofa it replaced, I think it will be a comfortable napping couch. The color is also lovely! A bit lighter than the pictures I think. I would have bought the alloy color but it was out of stock, but I actually think this is perfect. The pull out bed seems nice. Super easy to pull in and out, nice size. I will be getting a mattress topper to make it more comfortable to sleep on which I think is a given for these kinds of beds. Delivery was a bit of a fiasco and the deliverers were not wearing masks properly. But overall, I am pleased.”

The sofa material is really soft and nice. I wish the back cushions were removable because they are very upright and make it so you can't really lounge on the couch without a pillow behind your back. I bought this to go in our spare room where guests can sleep if needed. Definitely wouldn't use this as my main living room couch, not comfortable enough. Overall happy with my purchase.”

I pulled out the bed one time to try it out, and you can feel the frame underneath, so I will have to purchase a topper because there is no way I or family/friends could ever sleep on it, out of the box. I wish I was able to sit on it at the store, but it was displayed on an upper rack against the wall at the Tulsa store. Evidently I can’t replace it according to the return policy. Bummer.”
