Arm rest defect

“Unfortunately didn’t notice till like two days later from delivery that on the arm rest towards the front the cushion from inside is bend and I can feel the wood inside and no way to fix other than cutting the fabric to fix the inside cushion”

Skimping on the stuffing

“I bought this chair in late January, it did not arrive until March . The chair is nice but when it arrived I noticed that the back rest had a lot of loose fabric . I mentioned to the sales man abt what I was seeing and he said he would have to order more filler.overall the chair get 4 stars but the fabric issue I give a 1 star.”

“but that's about as far as it goes. Had the chairs and hassocks for about a month now, seat foam collapsing and way out of level to one side, piping on hassock all shifted, just really cheap goods. Hassock hard to move on carpet, even with glides, chair seat depth not as advertised, arms very high and uncomfortable even for much taller person. Sagging foam (after only a month and we're not huge people!) making chair difficult to get out of...as I said, awfully nice to look at but we use furniture and I cannot recommend this set for anything other than good visuals.”
