“It’s a beautiful piece and the perfect size however it along with the pull out mattress are extremely uncomfortable. The couch is extremely hard. The mattress is only firm on one corner and caves in every other portion. I put boards under the mattress it still does not help.”

Word of caution - the chaise cushion often slides - there is nothing keeping it tethered to the chaise.
Additionally, you constantly have to readjust the seat cushions on the couch - they travel forward and will bend if left hanging over the edge of the couch.
Other than these annoyances, it's a good solid couch.”

“It is pretty good but the chaise is very soft And amazing to lay on but the couch is very hard, and there is no give in the back pillows at all. Also the width of the couch seems shorted so when you go to lay down on it, I feel like I have no room for my shoulder smushed into the back pillow which has no give. (I am only a 5 ft 4in athletic built girl.) i don’t think that this would be a good couch for taller or bigger people. It is fine for me and I would have given it more stars but for the inconsistent feel between the chaise part and the couch part just is weird to see the duality in a supposed one couch set up.”

“This couch is very comfy, our cats and dog adore it (either resting on the cushions or on the back), and easy to lose a day after settling into it but there are some frustrating oversights.
One is that the longer cushion on the chaise lounge side is easy to slide off and create a ditch while sitting in the corner. This is more of an annoyance than a full detraction.
The big issue is that at the back of the couch, under the back cushions where the seat support ties to the frame, are holes so if anything is dropped and falls down one of the several holes then it’s lost unless you want to punch a hole into the bottom of the couch. This feels like a large oversight for a couch and something we wish we would have noticed before purchase.
Overall, very spacious and will hopefully be our way to relax for years to come but good to keep these troubles in mind for anyone looking to purchase going forward.”
