“We purchased the Jesolo sofa and loveseat together. We absolutely love them. Prior to our purchase in the showroom, I read the many online reviews, good and bad, so I was ready for anything and did not expect a whole lot. I highly suggest everyone to go to the Ashley website first before going to the showroom because the online prices could save you hundreds more than the showroom on-sale prices. We saved so much $$$ that I actually thought the online prices were a mistake. Make sure to mention the online prices, otherwise, they will not tell you. The sofa was in-stock at their warehouse, not the showroom, and it was delivered in 3 weeks as estimated by the salesperson. The loveseat was not in-stock and therefor would take an additional 3 weeks, which was ok with us. Ashley was a no-show on the loveseat delivery date, even though we had confirmed the delivery date a few days before. No call, text, or email message from Ashley. We got the loveseat 5 days later after confirming again.”
