3/5 recliners are broken after 5 years

“I bought these about 5 years ago. We loved them as the fabric has held up well with dogs and two toddlers. However, both recliners on the sofa and one side of the loveseat are broken. The mechanism that you use to recline has completely snapped off on all 3 in the last year and a half. Will be replacing much sooner than I wanted.”

Looks stylish, but VERY uncomfortable

“My husband and I purchased this sofa/loveseat set in spring 2022. We LOVED the way it looked and seemed to be comfortable when we tried at the store. However, the set we got has turned out to be a huge disappointment. Ashley had to send someone out to fix the loveseat because one of the seams by the console was tearing and the recliner handle on the left side felt like it was pulling out of the fabric. Also the bottom of the sofa needed to be tacked down because it had come undone during delivery. While the loveseat repair seemed to work, the staple on the sofa keeps coming undone and keeps coming out. The seats are also extremely uncomfortable. The headrest is overstuffed and pushes your head forward and the seats are super uncomfortable. 2 years in, and we’re already looking to replace due to how uncomfortable they are. The fabric also seems to be poor quality and even with the scotch guard treatment, absorbs the tiniest stain. It’s impossible to remove/clean stains without the fabric stretching and looking dull afterwards. I wouldn’t recommend this line if you’re looking for comfort and durability. Has we known these things before purchasing, we could’ve saved the money and purchased something different.”

“I find this sofa to be quite uncomfortable. I’m sorry I gave my old reclining sofa away. My old reclining sofa did not look great but it sure was comfortable. I did sit in this same sofa on the showroom floor and it did feel more comfortable than the one in my house. I’m hoping, maybe, after a bit of time mine breaks in a bit and becomes more comfortable. If not, I’m going to be stuck with a very uncomfortable reclining sofa for a long, long time.
I do like the look of this sofa. I needed a manual reclining sofa due to the fact that I do not have electrical outlets in the middle of the room where the sofa is position and the majority of the reclining sofas are now electric. I did not have a lot to choose from in the manual reclining sofa category.”

I also wanted a couch that was durable with my cat- she likes up lay upon the top and she often kneads, but her claw marks don't even surface the fabric. Very pleased overall, and I recommend this for sure!”

“I was looking for a firm yet comfortable sofa for my new apartment. This was shown to me by accident and I fell in love from the moment I sat down. It has great lower back support which is especially good for my health problems with my lower back. It's 100% polyester and it's made to perfection. Unlike leather it doesn't get cold so when you sit down it feels great on your skin. it doesn't take up a ton of space and the 2 men who moved it in had no trouble with the size or weight. So far no spills however you have an option to purchase a warranty.”

“Cheap couch, as soon as we got in the house and unwrapped it we noticed a hole on the corner and a hole on the foot rest part. This cheap couch is not good quality. The delivery guy slid the couch in the concrete so not sure if it’s from that or what”

“Looked pretty when I first bought it.. 3 years later and one of the recliners is completely broken. The other recliner doesn't go down straight anymore. You can see daylight through the sections, as though things are not as tight as they use to be. Everything as far as the mechanism seems to be falling apart or just not like it use to be. I was excited when I first bought this as a house warming gift to myself but I've regretted it ever since. It's just really cheaply made and that's really disappointing. You get what you pay for I guess.”
